18 February 2012: CK ANDOVER 2 - 6 Salisbury City
A&N Cars sponsored CK couldnt get going at all in this League Cup quarter final tie finding themselves 3-0 down against a very strong Salisbury City side after just 10 minutes. CK did have two good chances to get back into the game but the Salisbury City keeper made good saves on both occassions. Salisbury continued to play some really good passing football and continued to take their chances and scored another two to go 5-0 up before CK scored through a well taken goal from Ben Smith to go in 5-1 down at half time. We definitely had come against the best and most organised footballing team we have played this season.
CK played down the slope in the second half and scored another with a good volley from Ben Smith. CK kept the pressure on, but just couldnt find a way through. Salisbury scored again to make it 6-2 which was the final score.
There were a few good performances in the CK team, Will Cooper in defence, but Player of the Match was Ben Smith with two good goals and he never gave up fighting.
A tough footballing lesson against a very good side and Salisbury deserved their convincing win.

28 January 2012: South Newton & Wishford 0 - 11 CK ANDOVER
A&N Cars sponsored CK put in a great performance in what could have been a tough away game. A good passing move set up Ben Smith to score and was quickly followed by his second to give CK a great start. CK kept playing the passing game and were soon 0-4 up with 2 goals from Joe Parsons. With 5 mins to go to half time Matt Castle made a great save at close range to see the ball go to their centre forward, he shot, but Will Morton made an amazing goal line clearance. CK then went straight up and scored to make it 0-5 with a goal from Brandon York.

CK kept the pressure on and soon scored again with a good finish from Kieran Bunn. More great goals were to come with Ben Smith scoring a second half hat-trick, Harrison Pape scoring from a great passing move and then a Luis Cleary penalty gave CK and 0-11 win.

Jamie Belbin had a great game in defence and also Ben Smith who got Player of the Match with 5 goals and a great Centre Forward display.

21 January 2012: CK ANDOVER 5 - 3 Sarum Youth
A&N Cars sponsored CK made a great start to the game, scoring just after 4 minutes, a great defensive header from Will Morton put Ben Smith in to score with a great finish. CK then went 2-0 after 8 minutes with a goal from Joe Parsons.
CK then took their foot off the pedal and let Sarum in with 3 goals to go in at half time 2-3 down.
Another good start from CK in the second half got them level with another goal from Joe Parsons. Changes were made in both sides, Bailey Turner did well on the left side for CK and was involved in them getting a 4th goal from Luis Cleary.
CK scored a 5th through another from Luis scrambling the ball over the line.
CK never gave up and eventually won 5-3 with Luis Cleary getting Player of the Match!

14 January 2012: Hampshire Cup Semi Final CK ANDOVER 1 - 2 Pompey Pirates
A&N Cars sponsored CK made a very positive start to this Hampshire Cup semi-final against a very strong team from Portsmouth. CK never gave an inch anywhere on the field, some great tackling and then pass and move gave the opposition alot to think about. CK deservedly went in front with a goal from Brandon York mid-way through the first half. A good shot from Ben Smith and then a great save from Matt Castle just before half time kept CK 1-0 up at the break.
Going down the hill in the second half, CK found the first twenty minutes difficult and never quite kept the same pressure up on our opponents and Pompey eventually scored through a long range shot that squeezed through. This setback woke CK up and they then started their passing game to put more pressure on Pompey. Their keeper made some good saves and CK missed some good chances and the game looked like it was going to extra time.
However Pompey got a corner in the very last minute and scored with a good header to go through to the final.
CK should be very proud of what was a fantastic team performance and very unlucky not to win through to the final.
A fantastic performance from Luis Cleary gave him player of the match, but credit to every player, they were all fantastic from start to finish.

07 January 2012: Vernham Dean 1 - 6 CK ANDOVER
A&N Cars sponsored CK started the game well, but a little rusty from the Christmas break. Some good work in midfield from Luis Cleary set up Joe Parsons to score the first. More pressure from CK and a great ball from Ben Smith out on the left then set up Joe Parsons for his and CKs second.
Going in 2-0 up at half time was about right and CK then started the second half much the same. CKs 3rd goal was scored by Brandon York and a wonderful free kick from Ben Smith gave Brandon York an easy header to make it 4-0.
Keiran Bunn scored distance with a wonderful lob. A great run from Ed OConnor ended in their keeper making a great save only to see the ball hit a defender and go in to make it 6-0. Vernham did get a consolation goal from a penalty near the end, but it ended in a well deserved 6-1 win to CK.
Joe Parsons got Player of the Match.

17 December 2011: Fordingbridge 1 - 19 CK ANDOVER
A&N Cars sponsored CK went 1-0 up just under a minute into a very one sided game. Ed OConnor made it 2-0 with a good run and finish from the right wing. CK kept the pressure on going in 11-0 at half time with a Ben Smith hat trick, Brandon York getting five, Luis Cleary and Joe Parsons with one each.
The second half started much the same and an own goal made it 12-0. A further hat trick from Ben Smith, another from Brandon York, Callum James and two goals from Matt Macken, his first goals of the season made it 19-0.
Fordingbridge did score a late consolation goal; their spirit and attitude was fantastic despite losing 19-1.
Bailey Turner came on and did a good job at left midfield. Ed OConnor had a great game and got Player of the Match.
