CK ANDOVER - Under 13s 2013/2014
This season we are continuing our sponsorship with local Andover company Schaefer.We hope this season to improve on last seasons third position and runners up in the league cup.

07 December 2013: Shooters 5 v Ckandover 1
Ck andover under 13s went out of the cup at the first hurdle losing five one to hampshire cup finalists shooters.Playing Shooters for the third time in six weeks ck took the lead through jake mcgowan.Ck played the better football until two minutes before halftime shooters equalised.In the second half shooters played a different formation and took control of the game scoring four times to end Cks record of reaching the cup final for the past three seasons.
30 November 2013: Ck andover 3 v Shipton 0
Ck andover under 13s gained a second league win with a battling performance with a three nil victory over shipton.Ck found it hard to break down a resilient shipton and lead one nil at halftime through jake mcgowan.In the second half ck found it difficult to get control of the game but went on to score twice more through george copping and ozzy hams.
23 November 2013: ck andover 0 v shooters 8
Ckandover under 13s put up a fighting performance going down 8 nil to table topping shooters.Ck were up against it from the start playing with a bare 11.Shooters scored after 2 minutes and this set the theme for the rest of the half conceding another six.At halftime the boys were told in no uncertain terms they were playing for there pride.This prompted a much better second half performance and with no subs the boys fought brilliantly conceding only one goal with the last kick of the game.
19 October 2013: Clerendon sports 0 v Ckandover 3
Ck andover under 13s sponsored by schaefer gained there first league win of the season with a three nil away victory.Ck from the start competed very well in the central midfield area with conor cousins and george copping outstanding.Rhys jones opened the scoring for ck withe a well struck volley from a sam clash corner.In the 2nd half ck continued to dominate and jake mcgowan scored the 2nd running from his own half to score a great solo goal.George copping completed the scoring to cap a great alround team performance
12 October 2013: Fareham town 5 v Ck andover 0
Ck travelled to fareham for there hants cup 2nd round tie.Playing against the winners of the cup for the past two seasons they knew it was going to be a tough game.The game was very competetive and fareham went ahead from a corner after 10 mins.Ck battled well and finished the half very strongly .In the 2nd half fareham found a little bit more strength and scored three quick goals. Ck carried on battling only to concede another late goal.The boys can feel proud of themselves because they have more than likely been beaten by the eventual winners .
05 October 2013: Ck andover 0 v Lyndhurst 1
Ckandover under 13s sponsored by schaefer 2nd league game of the season was against last years winners lyndhurst.Ck played with lots of passion and commitment which was missing in the 2nd half against shooters.Lyndhurst took the lead from a corner with 10 mins remaining of the 1st half.In the 2nd half ck played with great spirit but could not find the equaliser.They know look forward to taking on the winners of the hants cup for the past two seasons fareham town.
